  Pinnacle Care Group

Residents enjoy beautifully appointed living environments, delicious meals, engaging social and active recreational activities, personal assistance and professional care.  We don’t just create a home like institution, we create a home.

If you are looking for a residential care facility for yourself or a loved one, you are invited to explore the quality programs and services offered by the Pinnacle Care Group.

Complex Care

Complex care, or residential care, is an environment best suited to seniors who require 24 hour professional nursing care and support. In British Columbia this service is appropriate for seniors with health care requirements that surpass that which can be delivered in a housing environment. Significant physical frailty and/or cognitive impairment would trigger a need for complex care services.

In British Columbia, complex care services are frequently delivered by independent operators like The Pinnacle Care Group. Complex care offered by the Pinnacle Care Group includes government funded and private pay accommodations.  In addition, double rooms, uniquely designed for privacy, are wonderful options for couples wishing to live together, or siblings or friends who wish to be roommates while retaining their individual privacy.

Acquired Brain Injury

The Pinnacle Care Group offers residential care to young adults who require 24 hour professional care and support.  This service is appropriate for young adults between 19 and 54 years of age with permanent physical or cognitive disabilities.  The Acquired Brain Injury program offered by the Pinnacle Care Group is a government funded program with focus on improving quality of life through environmental and program design with specific approaches that address both complex physical and psychological needs emphasizing on wellness and wholeness for each individual to have normalized life experiences.
